#3 : WISE GUIDANCE & INSPIRATION EVENING – April 13, 2018
Loving Wise Ones speaking through Ruth Shilling at Judith Koehn’s Clover Hill Holistic Arts Center (CHHA) in Richmond, Virginia
April 13, 2018 – Channeling #202.

Highlights:
This ability to let something go because one is in the present rather than ruminating over the past, this can be a big benefit with our own forgiveness.

FORGIVENESS -1, THE CHILD SELF
(see Forgiveness-2, Personal Sovereignty & The Will for the next part)

Another speaker comes through:
We would like to come forth here and speak to that beautiful child that is within every person, no matter what their physical age. It’s often said that to enter the kingdom become like a child or a little child shall lead them. This can sort of run against the grain of some people because they think, “Come on now. We are not going to go around and all start acting like children. How does that help?”

And we agree. We agree. There is a great benefit that comes with maturity, where one doesn’t just throw a temper tantrum in the middle of the grocery store when you don’t find your particular item. It’s been sold out, or something of that sort. So maturity is a good thing, but the child aspect of ourselves also holds special keys that are not as accessible to this mature adult. And those keys are worth spending some time making space for.
(there is a pause here)

We leave that space for you to have a moment to consider what those keys might be. Just letting it drift into your mind. “What is it that I-as-a-child may have been able to do that is more difficult for me now?”

We would say that one of those – which may not be the first one you may have thought of – one of those is forgiveness.

It is difficult for a young child to sustain an emotion over a period of time, for they are so much in the present moment that they move from one present moment to another. This can serve that it’s easier for them to forgive because it’s simply not present for them anymore. We’re not talking about extreme situations. We are not going into that, but we are talking about the everyday. This ability to let something go because one is in the present rather than ruminating over the past, this can be a big benefit with our own forgiveness.

As adults, forgiveness is a very difficult one for most people. If you do not have that as a difficulty, you are one of the lucky ones for sure.

So what actually is forgiveness?
